We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency).
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. When you enter your credit card details we save in our database :
We used a hashed tokenization protocol with our payment provider, Payfort, to store and release the stored card details. The connection is over a secure SSL connection. Payfort is a PCI certified payment provider.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons our outside our delivery area or delivery hours/opening hours.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this application shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Al Safadi App will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mis-priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase, within 7 working days.
Preparation of your order begins immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Refunding the total price of any cancelled order to the credit or debit card used to place the order will take place within 7 working days
